RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Except when required by law, no refunds are provided for our online courses, conferences, digital curriculum or any subscription fees for the membership program.
These are digital products / services and as you have immediate access to all of the materials upon purchase, we cannot provide any refunds for these programs.
For the live sessions, In the event of being unable to attend any session, alternative course session booking shall be provided at the discretion of ASEC after understanding the facts of the situation, provided the client contacts us via email or call before commencement of the session.
We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes after commencement of the session for live sessions.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by ASEC.
